  Yumm...wow...OMG.  This place was a great find for sure.  The right meat, wiz and bread.  As close as you can get to Philly in Scranton!
  
  They even made me a cheesesteak salad!!
  
  My brother and I stopped 3 times in a short week visit.  The quality is outstanding.

  Place smelled funny when we walked in. The sandwiches were okay but nothing to go out of the way for. I felt like the meet was a super low grade bottom of the barrel meet but the service was efficient and great price for how much you get. 2 of us could have shared one but we made the mistake of ordering a larger one for each of us although the gentleman did not ask which one I wanted and since I did not specify we each got a larger and if course couldn't finish it!

  This place sure serves great cheesesteaks and cheese fries!
  
  We came here after picking up donuts at Krispy Kreme across the street. A few of us were hungry and I checked on Yelp for places with good ratings nearby that weren't too pricey and we decided to come to Cosmos. A good call. All the tables were empty, there were coloring books for the kid, a huge jar of pickles and peppers, game machines, spicy garlic sauce, and excellent service. The girl who took my order gave me my original cheesesteak in 2 baskets because she heard me telling my boyfriend that we'd share one. There are many toppings to choose from. I got onions and mushrooms and they were delicious. The sandwich was very filling! She was also very friendly to the group of younger kids that came in later on. This seems like a nice neighborhood lunch spot as locals all know each other. I would definitely recommend this place to other people that want to grab a quick bite to eat!

  Cosmo's gives you a ton of food for the price. If this restaurant was in Maryland, the cheesesteaks and fries would've easily been a lot more expensive with a lot less food. Besides the price, the food was really good. I really liked the cajun fries. There was more than enough food and we probably should have brought some back with us, but unfortunately we were going to a hotel without a fridge. I would definitely recommend Cosmo's for a great cheesesteak and fries, especially if you're staying at one of the hotels in downtown Scranton.

  I'm not sure that I've ever had a cheesesteak before.... One of the girls who rung me up was not terribly helpful. :( I ended up getting Cosmos 3 cheese and cajun fries. Fries with ranch? I had no idea that would be delicious!
  
  It was so delicious (this time with bell peppers, mushrooms, and fried onions) that I went back the next day and got another order before leaving Scranton! It was a fairly short walk from the Radisson - though you will need to take care when crossing the street.
